The KardiKor Workout
Each session lasts 40 minutes, broken into two rounds. You’ll spend 10 minutes on cardiovascular training followed by 10 minutes of resistance and core work, then repeat the cycle. Throughout the workout, your goal is simple: keep your effort in the 65% max heart rate zone and watch the on-screen heart fill up in real time. Once your heart is full, your workout is complete — a clear, powerful sign that you’ve given your body exactly what it needs.

KardiKor 30-Day Experience
1. Baseline Testing
We start with your vitals, Biological Heart Age pre-test, a 3D body scan (inside & outside measurements), and grip strength test to set your baseline.
2. Learn the System
You’ll experience the 40-minute format: 10 minutes cardio + 10 minutes resistance & core, repeated twice. Your effort fills the on-screen heart as you train at ~65% HR.
3. Train for 30 Days
Work out 2–4 times per week, guided by the visual heart-fill. Stay in the zone, strengthen your heart, and build efficiency over time.
4. Post-Testing
At the end of 30 days, we repeat the Biological Heart Age test, 3D body scan, and grip test to measure progress.
5. Results & Next Steps
